Member Expectations
Welcome to the Pride!
As a fully patched member of the I.P.I.H.M.C., it is expected that everyone follows the bylaws and guidelines set forth within the club. Maintaining a positive and workable relationship with your fellow club members is essential to ensure the club achieves its goals. You must participate in club meetings and activities to the best of your ability. It is understood that life happens. FAMILY, JOB, CLUB. However, there is still an expectation to show up and be a part of the club and contribute to what we do to the best of your abilities.
Church/ Chapter Meetings should be held on a regular basis. Ideally, once a month. However, it's understood that circumstances may occasionally get in the way. However, meetings are necessary to organize events and maintain face-to-face time within the chapter, allowing us to continue building relationships with one another. Communication is key! In the event that you cannot make a meeting, it is expected that you follow up with chapter leadership to catch up on things you missed. Video calls are an acceptable form of participation in meetings as well. The voting process is only available to members who have been patched into the chapter.Be proud of what we stand for!!! Be proud of what you wear on your back!!! Set the tone for your community and music scene. Be the example!!!
